  Very helpful and great customer service. I only didn't rate a 5 star because of after the exam and sale. I waited a very long time for my glasses to come in and when I finally went up there they were like oh they were already here. No big deal but a phone call would have been nice. My biggest issue was I have an expensive pair of glasses and I felt after the wait and the money spent, that the quality just wasn't there. My brand new glasses that were not cheap by no means, had some noticeable imperfections. The frames looked worn and one of the lens had a smudge/ripple apparently made into the lens. Hardly noticeable until you're reading something but still unacceptable. There hours of operation make it difficult for me to go in so any visit has to be well planned.
